Responsabilidades
Ensuring the availability of company products in healthcare institutions by shaping and promoting an optimal offer of the company.
Build and maintain long‐term partnerships with key stakeholders including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital management.
Be the primary contact between the company and health‐care professionals to achieve company sales targets.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned key accounts, monitor account performance and treatment trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Implement the key account strategy & plan in cooperation with respective functions and ensure the right support is given to each account to leverage growth opportunities.
Manage the territory through optimal selection of activities for healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
Lead or support the dialogue or commercial recommendation in accordance with current policy.
Prepare and review trading strategy recommendations for key clients to enable effective sales tasks.
Execute the company strategy, sales model visits, and promotion strategy to maximize sales effectiveness.
Provide legal content in external and internal communication, maintain good communication manners, and adapt business language to the receiver.
Dispose of promotional materials effectively in accordance with promotional cycles and regulatory procedures.
Plan, report, and update the database, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, and provide insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Report any product quality issues to the Pharmacovigilance department within 24 hours and to the relevant QA department.
Maintain a good command of MS Office and demonstrate strong communication and sales skills.
Exhibit high personal ethics, integrity, and good cultural manners.

Effectively manage the territory, selecting optimal activities for healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff based on decision‐making areas and prescribing behavior.
Transfer necessary information about required actions to company employees immediately.
Prepare and review trade strategy recommendations to key clients as necessary to perform sales tasks.
Execute the company strategy, sales visits, and promotion plans to maximize sales effectiveness.

Provide legal content in external and internal communication with good manners, adapting sales language and jargon appropriately.
Avoid any unfortunate or unclear communication content, disclose confidential information appropriately, and respect regulatory and company policies.

Follow external business relations and internal policies respecting local law and company regulations.
Cooperate with other company representatives for information sharing and joint projects to maximize performance.
Planificación y reportes
Plan and report activities reliably and timely, updating the database according to company requirements.
Observe and analyze competitor actions, reporting in this area.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and account reports, providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Pharmacovigilancia
Report product quality issues to the Pharmacovigilance department via mail, web portal, fax, toll‐free number, or post, ensuring the initial report reaches the department within 24 hours.
Report any information about product quality issues for Biocon products to the relevant QA (Quality Assurance) department of Biocon.
