We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance department. This is your opportunity to experience a #1 health-tech scale-up where both your work and your results are highly tangible and matter to the business.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgeted targets.
* Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance financial efficiency.
* Conduct financial risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
* Review and approve financial transactions to ensure compliance with internal controls.
* Support the development and implementation of FP&A processes.
* Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and insights for strategic decision-making.
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
* Review, report, and consolidate costs according to the Finance team's requirements and deadlines.
* Refine and improve control processes to ensure data accuracy and time efficiency.
* Assist various stakeholders with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements:
* 6+ Years Professional Experience experience as Financial Controller.
* A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
* Fluent in English.
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a large scale global scale-up or big 4 audit firms.
* In-depth knowledge of IFRS and/or Spanish GAAP
* Advanced level in excel.
