As part of our growth, we are looking for an International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the different industries, including Food & Beverage, Beauty, Retail, among others. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment, managing both Spanish and global recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for clients from different industries.
* Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment, and process closing.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process.
* Evaluate candidates, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles.
* Identify and attract active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive talent sourcing.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles.
* Ensure the successful delivery of recruitment projects and the achievement of defined KPIs.
Requirements
* University degree.
* 3+ years of experience in recruitment
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into talent strategies.
* High level of English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).
* Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.
