The role will focus on player support performance, team management, escalations, service quality, and operational improvements across regulated markets.
Requirements
- Strong iGaming Customer Support leadership experience
- Experience managing operational/support teams
- Understanding of player operations, RG, payments and escalations
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Salary circa €50-55k
- Hands-on and office-focused mentality
Location
- Melilla based, xqysrnh relocation, or weekly travel from Malaga/Madrid required
- Fully onsite role
- Flights and accommodation covered for commuters
