We are seeking an enthusiastic SEM Specialist to deliver excellent service and shape the future of paid search within our organization. You will manage search engine campaigns (Google, Bing) across various formats (text, Performance Max, Demand Gen, App Campaigns, YouTube, etc.) ensuring relevant, optimized results aligned with client briefs.
You will support a renowned global banking client, optimizing its German market from sunny Madrid
The following tasks are part of your daily responsibilities across different phases :
ACTIVATION
* Create Google Ads accounts, link billing profiles, and set campaign budgets.
* Develop content approved by clients using Google Editor.
* Configure accounts with parameters like location, language, budget, scheduling, tracking, URL parameters, etc.
* Sync accounts with bid measurement and optimization tools (SA360, Marin, AMO, Kenshoo, etc.).
* Complete account activation.
PLANNING
* Research relevant keywords.
* Estimate investment based on keywords and campaign period.
* Plan campaigns considering objectives like impressions, traffic, sales, and costs.
MONITORING
* Monitor budget consumption and key KPIs (impressions, clicks, position, CPC, cost).
* Ensure accurate conversion tracking and prepare reports.
* Analyze data qualitatively, propose improvements, and optimize accounts continuously.
* Update ad copies and URLs as needed per client requests.
OPTIMIZATION
* Implement changes to meet objectives and improve KPIs.
* Update content for new products / services.
* Present optimization proposals to clients.
* Adjust technology settings to enhance results and control costs based on KPIs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
* 2-3 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
* Proficiency in German and advanced English skills, as the role focuses on the German market.
