TAPPX with Techsoulogy

Tappx is a fast-growing AdTech company within the Techsoulogy family. It delivers digital advertising solutions across multiple platforms including mobile, OTT / CTV, and desktop.

As Tappx continues to grow, we are looking for talented individuals to join our SSP Supply department.


As a Supply Account Manager, you will:


Publisher Optimization and Relationship Building

* Manage a portfolio of key publishers.
* Analyze daily data to identify optimization opportunities based on Tappx KPIs.
* Develop a deep understanding of Tappx's KPIs and performance drivers.
* Build strong relationships with publishers: demonstrate a consultative approach, understand their business goals, and find ways to help them reach those goals with Tappx.
* Log all important actions in the CRM (HubSpot).


Cross-selling and Upselling

* Define revenue growth strategies for each publisher.
* Upsell and cross-sell current activities: introduce new products (apps, websites, formats, geographies).
* Assist publishers in implementing these strategies.
* Represent Tappx within the publisher community.
* Gather feedback from publishers on potential improvements or new features and relay this to your team leader.
* Stay curious and continuously update your knowledge to become an expert in your field.
* Analyze performance KPIs, trends, and results to identify issues or opportunities for developing contingency plans, strategies, or new developments.
* Maintain contact with clients to identify industry trends and relevant events.
