We seek proactive and dynamic healthcare professionals committed to preserving patients' lives through home-based care.ResponsibilitiesAnamnesis : The physician collects data from the patient and/or caregivers related to signs and symptoms, medical history, available report analyses, allergies, etc.Exploración física : Perform physical examination, review available diagnostic tests at home, assess nutritional status and psychological state of the patient.Valoración de enfermería : With all data from anamnesis and examination, provide the general assessment of the patient.Diagnóstico Médico : If information is conclusive, issue diagnosis and code using the ICD-10 list defined by the client; if additional tests areneeded and are not available at home, request referral for confirmation of the diagnosis.Tratamiento y plan de cuidados : Explain treatment plan and care plan to the patient and/or caregivers and document in the clinical history report.Alta en domicilio / Alta con derivación : At the end of the medical action, provide home discharge when appropriate or refer to the reference hospital in accordance with the emergency coordination center; report any relevant incidences to coordinators or hierarchical superior.QualificationsDegree in Medicine and Surgery, or foreign degree homologated, or at least six months of professional experience.NoteWe encourage applications from qualified candidates and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.#J-18808-Ljbffr
