BUSINESS ANALYST BANKING

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLEAs a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Banking team providing global service to main SCIB units in Europe, Asia, and America. Your responsibilities include executing integration, migration, and implementation projects for new products and functionalities related to syndicated loan operations using the LoanIQ system. You will participate in quality assurance, evolutionary/corrective maintenance, and functional support activities for LoanIQ and DealPro applications. You will work closely with team members and service provider teams according to predefined service models.
The main goal is to onboard the DealPro application across all relevant bank areas. You will stay updated on the application's evolution through new projects and ensure development complies with standards without impacting service quality or performance. You will identify synergies and anticipate conflicts or dependencies.
You will provide functional support for application development, assist in analysis, definition, and estimation of developments and configurations to meet business needs, ensuring expectations are met.
We need someone like you to help us with the following:
Provide guidance and support in designing solutions and configurations in LoanIQ.
Define best practices for integrating LoanIQ with other bank applications.
Work on optimizing analysis and support processes.
Ensure proper application use by proposing and executing quality compliance actions.
EXPERIENCE
Over 3 years of end-to-end experience with Back Office applications for Syndicated Loans in wholesale banking.
Expertise in syndicated loan applications.
Experience with Agile methodologies, SQL, Teams, etc., is valued.
Soft skills and additional technical knowledge are assets.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance major.
Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration, and Management.
