Technical Sales Manager – Spain
Location: Remote, must be based in or near production regions (e.g., Lleida)
Reporting to: Country Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to develop and manage sales across Spain within the animal nutrition sector. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.
You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers while also delivering revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales of feed additives with feed mills, premix manufacturers and large trading companies
- Conduct technical discussions with customers on product applications and performance
- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultation to commercial closure
- Maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Provide market feedback to internal teams
- Work closely with the Country Manager to execute national sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience in animal nutrition or feed-related markets
- Relevant Technical degree (Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary etc.
- Ability to combine technical credibility with strong negotiation skills
- Fluent Spanish
- English proficiency (B1–B2 level minimum)
- Strong understanding of feed mill and premix customer needs
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely
