Lead and coordinate with development teams, SDT, and other stakeholders the design, implementation, and improvement of SDT processesIdentify and analyze requirements and business cases related to the development of SUMO and SDT processesImplement process requirements and improvementsSupport operational SDT roles in executing process improvementsDocument processes and manage approval cyclesCreate and present lessons learned and best practices within the organizationPromote and adapt SUMO and SDT processes for other markets and brandsAct as a subject matter expert for stakeholdersCoordinate with development teams and clients across the software lifecycleParticipate in release planning, software deployment, and release management activitiesRequired Qualifications:
Solid technical background with experience in software environmentsStrong knowledge of AndroidUnderstanding of web applications, including frontend and backend technologiesExperience with web-based projectsFamiliarity with software deployment and release managementPrevious experience in the automotive industryAdvanced German skills (written and spoken, at least B2)Excellent soft skills:
