Just like our customers: tour and activity providers from all over Europe.With our innovative software solution, we digitize their business and help them sell more: both through their own website and through external portals such as GetyourGuide, Google Things To Do, Musement or Viator.Our mission: Regiondo will be the most loved and used booking solution for leisure operators in Europe! And that is exactly why we are looking for you!WHAT YOU’LL DO:- You are responsible for establishing and developing the business relationship with our operators and key accounts on a social, structural, and qualitative level.- You will train, follow and help our operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.- You support our customers as a reliable consultant. Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.- You derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so, you actively participate in improving our software product.- You use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiations or upselling with our customers.- Occasionally, you use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operator’s offices.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:- You have a professional experience in account management or similar position- You are keen to present customers with a product that has real added value - and to make it fit to their needs.- You have a strong affinity for technology (esp. API, HTML/CSS) and digital marketing metrics and tools (esp. Salesforce and HubSpot)- You have an impressively purposeful manner and great commitment.- You are a native speaker or at a native level in Spanish and Croatian.
