What You’ll Do
Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to grow Alibaba International’s presence and revenue in Spain.
Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact deals with local and general companies — from startups to enterprise leaders.
Manage a portfolio of key partners, ensuring long-term success, satisfaction, and mutual value creation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to launch joint campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics to uncover new opportunities and shape our partnership roadmap.
Leverage AI tools for data insights, communication efficiency, and workflow automation — we believe in smart, tech-powered collaboration.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in partnership management, ideally within e-commerce, technology, or B2B industries.
Proven success in launching and scaling strategic alliances that drive measurable business growth.
Exceptional negotiator and communicator — skilled at building trust with stakeholders at all levels.
Fluent in Italian and English — Spanish is highly desirable;
Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
Agile, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. xhfqzwm
