💡 What You Bring to the Table
* A deep understanding of controlling, budgeting, financial policy, and analysis.
* Proven skills in business case development, financial modelling, and economic research.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and data tools (you’re comfortable with structure, but agile with change).
* 7–12 months of relevant experience and a background in short-cycle tertiary education.
* Some experience coordinating others (4–6 months)—you know how to guide without micromanaging.
* Curiosity, clarity, and commitment.
* Dutch on a professional level.
