Your Responsibilities: · Functional and disciplinary management of your team · Key-figure-based management with request to optimize processes · Support and development of existing customers, as well as participation in acquiring potential new customers · Preparation of quotes for new business in warehousing and transportation · Management of external service providers · Budgeting and reporting to the management Your Profile:
- A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a completed advanced vocational training program (Formación Profesional de Grado Superior), ideally in logistics and transportation. xsgfvud
- Several years of practical experience in the operational management of a warehouse/contract logistics site or experience in comparable industry’s
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in developing new client business, including preparing proposals
- Knowledge of the design and costing of warehouse/intralogistics solutions as well as the onboarding of new customers
- Empathetic and communicative personality
- Ability to solve problems based on KPIs and to implement improvement measures
