**Mission**The Strategic Alliances Finance Manager (Interim) supports the financial oversight and performance management of Almirall’s licensed Strategic Brands. The role ensures continuity of key financial processes, provides solid analytical support, and collaborates closely with Alliance, Brand, and cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality decision‑making during the maternity leave period.**Tasks & Responsibilities***Strategic Responsibilities (approx. 60%)** Support financial valuations, scenario analysis, and updates of existing business cases for strategic assets.* Contribute to financial assessments of license-in agreements and alliance opportunities.* Provide financial input to Brand Teams to ensure consistent planning and decision‑making.* Prepare analytical insights that support ongoing partner discussions and management reviews.* Ensure alignment with other Finance areas (Accounting, Tax, Audit) on alliance‑related topics.* Maintain sound understanding of the business environment to anticipate potential impacts.* undefined*Operational Responsibilities (approx.40%)** Manage and oversee the timely calculation and monitoring of royalties and milestones for license‑in agreements.* Support financial planning cycles (Budget, LE) for royalties and related cost items.* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with corporate guidelines.* Provide financial oversight and business partnering to the assigned commercial subsidiaries, ensuring accurate performance tracking and contributing financial expertise to support decision‑making at both local and global levels, including Monthly Closing & Financial Planning follow-up.**Required education and experience*** Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar.* Experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, TS/M&A, or comparable fields.* Experience in Pharma/Healthcare is a plus, not a requirement.* Solid understanding of financial modelling and valuation methods.**Skills & Competencies*** Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel;
