With a presence on 4 continents, in 16 countries, and a team of 4,600 employees, our group is experiencing sustained growth.In this context, we are looking for our Human Resources Director for the Southern Europe Region (plants in Spain, Portugal, and Morocco) M/F, to be based in Castile and León.As the Region Human Resources Director, you will lead all operational HR activities to support our business objectives, while ensuring consistency with the Group's practices and values.Your MissionsDeploy the Group's HR Strategy : You will be responsible for deploying the Group's HR strategy and policies within your geographical scope.
You will adapt and implement HR processes and tools (talent management, compensation, performance) to meet the specific needs and legal context of the region.Act as a Strategic Partner : You will provide your HR expertise and leadership to the regional management to support business objectives, while ensuring the consistent application of the Group's standards and ethics.
You will be the main point of contact for the VP of HR on regional matters.Lead Budget Management : You will define and manage the region's annual headcount budget (payroll, costs, training, etc.) and provide cash flow forecasts to the finance department.Manage Operations and Teams : You will oversee all operational HR activities in the region and functionally manage the site HR teams in line with regional objectives.
You will lead the implementation of the HRIS (TIMES) and be proactive in proposing improvements.Ensure Compliance : You will ensure that your team's missions are carried out in accordance with Group policies (Anti-Corruption, HSE, Quality, Information Security, and IT Charter) and manage your employees in compliance with internal HR processes.Required ProfileMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Social Law, or a related field.Over 15 years of experience in generalist HR functions, ideally gained in an industrial and international environment.Technical SkillsExcellent command of labor law and HR processes (recruitment, compensation, talent management).
Strong skills in budget management and payroll control.Proven experience in deploying strategies and managing HRIS projects.Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Portuguese is a plus.Soft SkillsStrategic vision and the ability to act as a "business partner".
