Overview
An opportunity for MRO controller in Operations F & C at Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo (Sevilla).
Responsibilities
- Perform a complete set of finance activities, including integration and coordination of controlling activities (planning, reporting, controlling) at MRO in TFAOG level to increase operational synergies and support competitiveness.
- Define, prioritise, and manage transversal projects for MRO.
- Lead transformation projects for MRO to find synergies and efficiencies that generate savings or mitigate risks, improving costs and cash out.
- Conso workload and budget controlling in operational areas of TFAOG.
- Participate in automatization processes and contribute tools to optimise the resource plan.
- Challenge the MRO business to ensure accurate performance planning.
- Provide decision‑making support to the MRO controller TFAOG and operative areas.
- Generate outputs such as common procedures and ways of working to assure efficient performance of the matrix organisation by programmes, functions and legal entities.
- Conduct financial driver analysis and reporting of activity performance (budgets by cost centres and programmes), workload controlling, etc.
- Maintain awareness of potential compliance risks and act with integrity.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business Management or equivalent.
- Excellent financial skills and the ability to persuade, influence and convince.
- Able to anticipate, assess and mitigate risks.
- Excellent skills in relationship building, team building, empowering, motivating others and conflict management.
- Negotiation level of English.
