About the Role:
We are looking for passionate, creative full stack developers who are excited to foray into any technology. The Innovation Tools team is responsible for developing innovative role-based Tools for C level clients to help them achieve their mission critical priorities.
What you’ll do :
* Be a part of an energetic team of engineers delivering fresh Products.
* Fluently code as a full stack developer.
* Work with Open-source technologies and applications.
* Work in a fast-paced environment along with passionate, technology, rock stars.
* Follow coding standards, build appropriate unit tests, integration tests and deployment scripts.
* Continuously problem solving to create secure and simple solutions.
* Create a robust backend for massive scalability and high performance.
* Bring to life elegant and modern UX designs.
Skills required:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related engineering field with experience in software development.
* 5+ years of experience developing customer facing products or web applications.
* Expertise in ReactJS/NextJs and Typescript is a must.
* Experience in backend technologies like Java or Python.
* Expert skills in CSS, HTML and Design libraries.
* Strong experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing.
* Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
* Experience with server-side rendering or Micro Frontends.
* Experience in AWS or any other cloud technologies is a plus.
* Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
