PpThis role is responsible for operationally leading and coordinating a group of Network Operators (Logistics Operators), enabling daily execution of transport to/from plants, vendors, suppliers, and end‑customers, achieving highest standards and meeting agreed KPIs (Time‑Window Performance, Vehicle Utilization, and Total Logistics Cost Management). /p pAlso responsible for leading the testing of the complete solution before implementation, ensuring all LLP systems are aligned with the Business Requirements Document. /p h3Main Accountabilities /h3 ul liResponsible for daily transportation (multimodal transportation – mainly road transportation) capacity booking with carriers and full end‑to‑end responsibility of the Inbound and Outbound Network. /li liIdentify, recommend and support change opportunities for network activities. Manage teams output and ensure that this drives to and compliments the overall strategy and business objectives. /li liManage the implementation of a re‑engineered network solution without affecting production and ensuring KPI benefit from solution implemented. /li liEnsure that operation is delivered according to associated ISO documentation, identify and manage the implementation of process change. /li liOperational and disciplinary responsibility over the team of Network Operators, ensuring balanced and efficient workload distribution, being the key contact for issue resolution in both operational and Human Resourcing matters. /li liLead Costs investigation / 8D requests related to Route Management Process. /li liLead and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals while fostering a collaborative work environment. /li liCommunicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations. /li liAdapt to changing circumstances and embrace new ideas to enhance team performance and project outcomes. /li liEncourage open dialogue and provide constructive feedback to facilitate team development and individual growth. /li liProactively identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome obstacles and drive success. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with team members. /li /ul h3Requirements for the Job /h3 ul liEducation: Logistics studies, Business Administration or similar education. /li liA minimum of 3 years of experience in road transport. /li liA minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams and rotational shifts. /li liKnowledge of road, air and sea transport operations. /li liDesirable, knowledge of temperature controlled standards, DGR material, customs processes and supply chain management. /li liExperience in implementation of new logistics solutions for new customers. /li liLead of a team previously. /li liKnowledge of sector customer trends and needs. /li liStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with team members. /li liEnglish language: fluent (verbal written). /li liSpanish language: fluent (verbal written). /li /ul pIf you are passionate about logistics and have strong experience leading transport operations with a process‑driven mindset, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our customer.
