PbCBRE is seeking a Madrid based Senior Asset Manager whose primary responsibility will be supporting the management of CBRE’s growing EMEA portfolio of commercial real estate loans. The candidate is responsible for the monitoring, servicing and accounting of the loan portfolio. The position is expected to periodically provide inputs for budgets, cost recovery, income, business and operating issues, along with recommendations. /b /ppbr/p pbWhat you will be doing /b /pulliService commercial real estate loans mainly in continental Europe and monitor their performance and ability to support loan payments. /liliPrepare loan performance reports. /liliProvide general customer service to lenders and borrowers. /liliEvaluate and prepare recommendations for lender consent items on loan and real estate related issues and presents those recommendations to stakeholders. /liliManage the set-up of new loans in loan servicing system and maintains the integrity of loan information /liliMonitor loan document compliance by borrowers, including maintenance of property insurance and hedging, and submission of rent rolls and property operating statements /liliPrepare operating statement analyses and other collateral review activities /liliSpecial projects as required. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat you will need: /b /pulliExperience in the European real estate finance sector. /liliExperience servicing real estate debt transactions within Europe across various asset classes as well as investment and development loans. /liliDebt due diligence, credit analysis and transaction management expertise. /liliExecution and documentation experience, including a sound knowledge of LMA standard loan documentation. /liliExcellent analytical skills, both commercial and financial, including an advanced knowledge of real estate financial modelling in Excel.
