We are currently looking for a passionate Sales & Events Manager to join our team of COYA Barcelona.
Experience you will need :
* Advanced knowledge of SevenRooms.
* Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and taking every opportunity to upsell
* Being fully up-to-date and understand the competitive marketplace through analysis of trends and data, build a strategic approach to manage trends; prepare and submit statistical performance and forecasts
* Adjusting sales strategies to changing conditions, such as increased local competition or decreased industry rates, propose and implement new ideas to build up and increase revenue, work in conjunction with marketing department
* Great interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team with a positive work ethic.
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and with guests.
* Previous experience in a management role in a high-end brand, preferably multi-site.
* Excellent communication skills - must have high level of both spoken and written English and Spanish.
* Keen interest to develop their knowledge and progress.
* Must be friendly and attentive.
* A passion for hospitality and customer service.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* To be solution focused when challenges arise.
