Regional Supply Planning Director - Europe (m,f,d)
Are you ready to lead supply planning across a complex, multi-country environment? As Regional Supply Planning Director Europe, reporting within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) function for the Consumer Tissue business unit, you will drive end‑to‑end supply planning and S&OP; across the business unit, enabling reliable supply, efficient capacity utilization, and informed business decision‑making.
About The Role
We are looking for a Regional Supply Planning Director to orchestrate the Consumer Tissue Business End to End Supply Chain across Europe.
The role owns and defines long-term supply planning to ensure continuous and efficient supply of finished good products to customers in a cost-efficient way to support the company’s business goals. It also includes process ownership for the S&OP; process, supply planning process, tool, and system innovation.

What You Will Do
- Owns, leads, and continuously improves Supply Planning and S&OP; processes within Europe
- Drives S&OP; to balance capacity versus demand for finished goods and mother reels, meeting Service Level Agreement requirements at the lowest cost and working capital
- Keeps abreast of external trends and adapts industry best practices and opportunities to drive state-of-the-art planning and optimize the value of the entire Supply Chain
- Champions supply planning improvements and leverages stakeholder management skills to gain acceptance and buy-in
- Defines the cross-continental supply planning strategy and related activities
- Directs supply planning activities within the Supply Chain hub for continental and regional processes
- Monitors and analyzes availability gaps impacting service levels at the continental level, performs root-cause analysis, and defines corrective actions to meet targets
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver expected objectives
- Is a key contributor to the Supply Chain Design process, optimizing total landed cost and ensuring cost-efficient product flow and allocation
- Leads, manages, develops, and coaches a team, ensuring future growth and business continuity
- Acts as a role model and is accountable for performance and consequence management, coaching, and capability development within the department
Who You Are
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Proven international management experience, with 10–15+ years in senior Supply Chain leadership roles, operating in complex, integral organizations, ideally within FMCG
- Proven track record in leading large-scale Supply Chain transformations with clear and measurable impact on business performance
- Strong change management skills within a matrix organization
- Proven track record of having experience in S&OP; at continental or global level
- Hands-on experience in Integrated Business Planning implementation is a strong advantage
- Deep expertise in Supply Chain planning, Demand forecasting, and end-to-end processes, with strong awareness of emerging trends and state-of-the-art best practices
- Excellent communication, influencing, and solid stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to challenge the status quo and mobilize leaders across functions
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Willingness to travel internationally
