Your Impact As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for top-tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and seniority levels.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
Manage financial performance end-to-end, including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when needed.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement .
What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in consulting with experience in the responsibilities mentioned above.
Proven track record of delivering complex projects .
Fluent in English (C1 or higher) is a must ; additional languages are a plus.
Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe) .
Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Project ; Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow is valuable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
