We are seeking a Director to join our Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) in the CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) area, specifically within Treasury & Working Capital (T&WC), based in Barcelona .
Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver complex transformation projects in the Treasury & Working Capital domain, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and digital finance solutions.
* Manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with global clients to define and implement treasury strategies, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
* Drive innovation in cash management, liquidity forecasting, in-house banking, and payment factory solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, ensuring value delivery and long-term client relationships.
The position is based in Barcelona in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit.

* Define and implement digital treasury strategies aligned with CFO transformation goals.
* Lead the design and deployment of treasury management systems (e.G., Kyriba, SAP TRM, Quantum).
* Oversee risk management, FX hedging, and compliance processes.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
