Support the company in organizational transformation, innovation, and data analytics processesLead the people and organization plan with differentiated strategies for operational, commercial, and managerial segmentsAlign all Human Resources strategies with business objectives and visionConduct union negotiations, agreements, and periodic meetingsSupervise operational transactional processes (payroll, personnel administration, legal advice on labor matters)Act as a business partner within the company, representing HR in the executive committeePerfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)We seek professionals with generalist HR experience to lead the management and direction of people in this company.
