About CUBRO
CUBRO designs and produces premium fronts and components to upgrade IKEA furniture, transforming modular systems into unique, high-quality interiors. By combining IKEA's functionality and affordability with our design expertise, materials, and finishes, we enable people to create exceptional kitchens, wardrobes, and bathrooms at a fraction of the cost of traditional showrooms.

About the Role
We’re expanding across several European markets and are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing sales team in Madrid.
Each SDR will focus on one key market — Spain, France, the UK, or Germany — and must be native or bilingual in the corresponding language.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our potential clients, where you'll understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and ensure they start their journey with CUBRO in the best possible way. You’ll work closely with our Design and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and play a key role in driving our international growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and CRM tools
- Understand client needs and assess project potential before scheduling a design consultation
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects in your assigned market
- Support the optimisation of sales processes, scripts, and CRM workflows
- Contribute to improving conversion rates and client experience from the first contact
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure message alignment and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Qualification, or Business Development
- Strong communication and active listening skills — both verbal and written
- Proven ability to understand client motivations and identify qualified opportunities
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with sales targets
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, resilient attitude
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, English, or German (depending on market)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Why Join Us
- Be part of a fast-growing European brand redefining how people buy kitchens and interiors online.
- Work in a dynamic office in Madrid surrounded by creative, ambitious people
- Join a design-driven culture with a strong sense of purpose and collaboration.
- Opportunity to grow into senior sales or business development roles as the company scales
