In this role you drive strategic studies to shape the Travel Distribution portfolio, identifying opportunities and investment priorities. You’ll align with TRD leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations to senior management. You will guide portfolio evolution and operating model improvements while balancing multiple priorities. You will mentor teammates and contribute to a high-quality, impact-focused, global team.

• Lead design and execution of strategic studies on growth opportunities, investments, and operating model improvements
• Recommend portfolio direction including investments, partnerships, and potential M&A aligned with long-term goals
• Identify new opportunities and strategic needs for ongoing portfolio evolution
• Support TRD leadership with ad-hoc analysis and insights to embed strategic thinking across teams
• Mentor and develop early-career team members
• Present actionable recommendations and deliverables to senior management
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of relevant experience in consulting (strategy firms) or presales/solution design within global/matrix environments
• University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Information Technology (MBA advantageous)
• Ability to xpzdshu work across diverse functions and cultures with strong organizational skills
• Experience in travel industry, cloud/retail platforms, or fintech/payments is beneficial
• Proficiency in English and strong communication and presentation skills
