Mission
Major Incident, Change and Problem Manager - Senior - Good to have Monitoring and Alerting experience
This is an operational/immediate response role, very demanding and stressful at times. Resiliency to manage this stress is necessary, along with capacity to multi-task and process/absorb/retain information simultaneously via teams/outlook/phone.
One week of on-call is necessary every 3 or 4 weeks.
Going to the office in Barcelona City Center is necessary, not every day though
Profile
Must requirements
1. French and English native/C1
2. Transversal IT knowledge
3. Seniority to lead with C-Suite executives
4. Perfect written and verbal communication
5. ITIL Foundations at least
6. University degree is a must. Master preferred
7. Knowledge/exposure to IT regulations is good to have: DORA, ISO, NIST, BCP, Security, etc.
8. Going to the office in Barcelona City Center
Other languages like German, Italian, Portuguese or Arabic are welcome but not necessary.
