MISSIONJoin our dynamic global marketing team based in Barcelona, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the Marketing Plan for Ilumetri. As a key contributor, you will lead the cross-functional COMPETE team and serve as the marketing representative in strategic initiatives that drive brand success. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Drive short- and mid-term strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including brand planning, customer insights generation, and actionable plan development.* Build a deep understanding of the market landscape and collaborate closely with local affiliates to optimize performance across regions.* Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with teams including Access, R&D, Medical, New Products, Regulatory, and local Marketing.* Lead the development and execution of high-impact marketing projects and support the creation of marketing tools in partnership with the content manager.* Contribute to financial planning and oversight, including sales forecasting and budget tracking.* Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in dermatology to inform strategy and enhance execution.* Collaborate with the Global Market Insight team to identify market trends, opportunities, and risks, and translate insights into strategic brand initiatives.* Combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach to deliver on ambitious goals for the company’s leading product.
