Position Description: We are looking for a Purchasing Technician to join our procurement team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in the efficient management of non-productive goods and services, ensuring compliance with quality standards and pharmaceutical sector regulations.
Main Responsibilities: Support the Category Manager in identifying and analyzing indirect procurement needs.
Conduct market research and benchmarking of suppliers for indirect goods and services.
Prepare and analyze technical and economic offer comparisons, highlighting risks, advantages, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Manage administrative and contractual documentation related to indirect procurement, ensuring proper organization and filing in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of contracts, framework agreements, and NDAs, collaborating with the Category Manager and the legal department.
Participate in the evaluation and qualification of indirect service providers, collecting and reviewing compliance documentation, certifications, and references.
Monitor orders and deliveries, managing incidents and claims with suppliers in coordination with the Category Manager.
Collaborate in the preparation of periodic reports on spending, savings, and KPIs for the indirect procurement area, providing data and analysis for decision-making.
Support the preparation of presentations and documentation for internal and external meetings related to the management of indirect procurement categories.
Propose continuous improvement initiatives in indirect procurement processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Requirements: University degree.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related sectors.
Experience in managing indirect procurement in regulated environments.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI, SAP, etc.).
High level of Spanish and English.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with different departments (legal, quality, finance, etc.).
Results-oriented, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong organization and planification skills.
Desirable: Additional training in Supply Chain Management or strategic procurement.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and compliance regulations in procurement.
Previous experience in managing contracts and framework agreements.
