DaoPay is expanding and seeks a hands-on, flexible B2B Marketing Manager who can balance practical execution with strategic development. You will shape our marketing direction while managing day-to-day tasks, producing strong visuals, and delivering impact within tight budgets. You are creative, resourceful and able to deliver strong results.
Your Responsibilities
· Develop DaoPay’s marketing strategy and convert it into clear, executable plans.
· Drive digital growth: SEO, website updates, analytics, and performance monitoring.
· Using the latest AI tools on a professional level.
· Build targeted lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales.
· Create practical content—blogs, social posts, presentations, sales materials—aligned with strategic goals.
· Design campaigns, branding, and digital channels using professional tools.
· Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication.
· Coordinate external agencies for design, campaigns, and technical tasks.
· Produce compliant, high-quality materials for commercial and regulatory use.
· Work resourcefully with tight budgets and find creative, cost-efficient solutions.
What You Bring
· 2–5 years of B2B marketing experience; fintech/tech is a plus.
· Strong hands-on skills with SEO tools, Google Analytics, CRM/automation platforms, and WordPress.
· Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
· Highly flexible, execution-driven, and comfortable multitasking.
· Practical, problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver results with limited resources.
· Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Willing to work on-site in our central Barcelona office.
