The Role & Team:

Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position will challenge the successful candidate to excel in various areas and offer significant opportunity for reward and growth.

As the Account Director for Service Providers, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.

The candidate will need a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases. They will build on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies to establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects.

The candidate will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming their trusted advisor and expanding Infovista’s account footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value.

The Account Director will work closely with customers and partners, influencing them and interfacing with Infovista’s Product Development and Professional/Technology Services organizations to ensure successful deployments. They will use their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Infovista offers a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.


Profile:

* Strong sales skills with a results-driven mindset
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions
* Proven track record of closing deals above €1m
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and senior management
* Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of engaging all organizational levels
* Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases and capacity to coordinate internal resources
* Team selling skills, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services


Technical Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions
* Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations


Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking and process setup capabilities
* Strong analysis, business acumen, and vision
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma
* Assertiveness to uphold Infovista standards
* Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Proven ability to drive projects to completion and multitask


Experience:

* 7+ years in building and managing customer/vendor relationships, including senior executives
* Hunter mentality with a successful sales record in Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions
* Strong software sales acumen
* Demonstrated ability to close deals and meet quotas
* Existing relationships with senior CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange)
* Travel up to 50% required
