This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven financial controlling professional who enjoys partnering with the business, leveraging data and analytics, and value creation across the organization.
Your Responsibilities:
Reporting & Financial Analysis
1. Prepare regular financial and operational reports
2. Help analyze variances, highlight key findings and suggest initial recommendations
3. Assist in improving reporting processes and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI)
4. Monitor key performance indicators and support performance tracking activities
Project Control
5. Support project control by tracking budgets and project costs
6. Assist in profitability analysis across customers, channels, and product lines
7. Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
8. Produce ad hoc reports to support management decisions
Your Profile:
9. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field
10. 1-3 years of experience in financial controlling, business analysis or similar roles
11. Strong analytical mindset with an interest in developing deeper financial expertise
12. Solid Excel skills, familiarity with Power BI or SAP is an advantage
13. Fluent in English, both written and spoken
14. Proactive, eager to learn, organized and able to collaborate effectively within a team
