Responsibilities
Contribute to delivering our objectives:
EFO & new model, as part of the On-Trade team.
Implement the Commercial plan aligned with customer programs in the Country IAP for On-Trade clients.
Negotiate at Point of Sale to meet Distribution & Visibility goals.
Utilize Picture of Success and activation strategies to influence consumer purchase decisions.
Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On-Trade customers, creating value.
Skills
Proven performance in Commercial roles;
field sales experience preferred.
Affinity with On Trade, Events, and Promotions.
Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
Strong negotiation skills.
Effective communication and active listening skills.
Team player mentality.
