As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for:
Spearheading the sales efforts for a high-profile new development of branded residences.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Utilising your in-depth knowledge of the Spanish Real Estate market to identify and close sales opportunities.
Achieving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
~ In-depth knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, especially Marbella.
~ Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
~ Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Additional languages (German, French, Scandinavian) are a significant plus.
