In Spain, we are a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT-related knowledge and services and assist every employee and business partner of our customers as individuals, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will be :
Answering and supporting queries via tools, phone, and email, maintaining daily contact with users across Europe
Resolving IT issues encountered during office work
Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
Delegation of unresolved problems to the appropriate teams
Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels
Communicating with team members and different departments
