Production Assistant Internship

- We're looking for a Production Intern to support our Studio team. You'll work closely with our Production Coordinator and help ensure that our fast-paced creative workflows run smoothly. Job Description:
- Assist in managing incoming project requests by organising and logging tasks into project tracking tools.
- Help track progress on internal production schedules and update documentation as needed.
- Support communication between production, design, and other internal teams by sharing status updates and helping coordinate feedback.
- Help prioritise tasks based on deadlines and resource availability, under the supervision of the Production Coordinator.
- Learn and assist with managing production tools and pipelines, including render tracking and asset delivery.
- Take notes during meetings and follow up on action items and task updates.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative duties such as calendar scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
