About the roleThe PR Specialist is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the key media contacts and to secure positive media coverage for the company in Spain. The position will work closely with the Marketing team in order to develop and execute the Press & PR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. A proactive and team player profile is sought.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager for DENZA in Spain.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Execution of the internal and external communication plan.
Write and coordinate and distribute press releases, implement activities, coordinate with PR managers and PR agency.
Maintain good cooperative relationships with press, media, digital influencers, etc.
Document PR communication resources and channels, develop media resources and ensure visibility of brand and product stories in close cooperation with PR Teams.
Monitor publicity and conduct research.
Actively engage and collaborate on any PR-event or activity as needed.
Cooperate with the company's project and promote PR events and content, analyze the effect of the activities, and integrate the information feedback into the activity process.
Be a brand Ambassador, a solid team-player and work always with the Customer in mind.
Required Skills and Qualifications
University Degree in Public Relations, Corporate Communication, Marketing, or commercial disciplines.
Solid Experience in Automotive industry or Branded Public Relations field.
5+ years of experience in roles related to PR & Communication management in Automotive business.
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish is mandatory
Excellent Digital Tools knowledge.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient and open minded.
Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
