About the role
TheCreative & Design Specialist is responsible for developing creative design solutions for various marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency across all projects. The Graphic Designer will work closely with internal teams to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing content for both print and digital media.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager for DENZA in Spain.
Responsibilities :
* Develop creative design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social media, following the BYD European headquarters guidelines
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, etc.) to understand project goals and brand guidelines
* Translate complex information into clear and visually appealing layouts
* Utilize design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements
* Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
* Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
* Assist with the creation of presentations and other visual content
* Contribute to the development of new design templates and style guides at the local level
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field
* Proven ability to create visually appealing and effective design solutions
* Strong understanding of design principles and best practices
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Native or high-level proficiency in German and a strong command of English
* Highly motivated and results-driven
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail
