We are looking for a Digital Content Creator & SEO to join the digital marketing team in the banking sector (experience in this sector will be valued). This role is key to driving organic growth, improving brand visibility, and developing high-quality digital content aimed at both users and traditional search engines, as well as AI-powered generative search systems. All content must be aligned with business objectives and comply with regulatory standards in the financial sector.
The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker with strong content writing skills, practical SEO knowledge, and experience creating clear, useful, and optimized content in regulated environments, ensuring proper alignment and validation with Legal, Compliance, and Brand teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the SEO content strategy for the Italian market, aligned with business and acquisition objectives.
Create, write, edit, and optimize digital content in Italian: landing pages, product pages, blog articles, FAQs, and informational content.
Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and identify content opportunities.
Optimize content for on-page SEO (structure, metadata, internal linking, headings, and user experience).
Adapt content to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to validate content and ensure regulatory compliance.
Analyze content and SEO performance (organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion).
Identify search trends and user needs, with a special focus on new AI-driven search engines and discovery environments, to propose new content initiatives.
Coordinate with paid media and performance teams to align SEO and SEM strategies (Brandformance).

Profile Requirements:
Native Italian (mandatory). Professional English. Spanish is a plus.
Proven experience in digital content writing.
Solid SEO knowledge, enabling autonomous execution of tasks such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and content optimization.
Knowledge of AI-based generative search environments and the ability to adapt and create optimized content for these platforms.
At least 2–3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in banking, finance, or regulated industries.
Experience using SEO and analytics tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar).
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts and present them in a user-centric way.
Organized, autonomous profile with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Analytical, results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
Previous experience with financial products (accounts, cards, loans, investments).
Knowledge of technical SEO (technical audits, structured data, etc.).
Understanding of UX writing.
