Job Description:
The EMEA IT SAP Financials Business Process Architect (EMEA SAP FI-CO BPA) supports the planning and execution of the IT Strategy for the EMEA Region. The role involves rolling out the US SAP ECC system in European companies, analyzing, developing, and deploying the SAP solution in collaboration with EU Business Process Enablers and Local Referents. The architect contributes to platform evolution aligned with IT strategy.
This role can be based in Spain or Poland.
You will add value through tasks such as:
* Rolling out the GPI US SAP system in the Controlling and Finance areas in EMEA.
* Building in-depth process knowledge and supporting current business and operational processes including Product Costing, Sales & Profitability Controlling (CO-PA), Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, SL), Operational and Group Reporting, and SAP S4 Central Finance integration.
* Supporting SAP modules integration, communication between business and IT, and managing S/4 Hana migration post ECC rollout.
* Application maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, training, and project involvement.
* Facilitating requirements negotiation, business process modeling, system design, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and improving the global SAP financial solution.
* Gathering and consolidating best practices and process knowledge.
* Supporting development, testing, migration, go-live, and roll-out strategies.
Skills & competencies required:
* 7+ years in SAP CO and 5+ years in SAP FI, with experience in large international IT transformation programs.
* Proven SAP design and customization experience, preferably in Printing/Packaging or Consumer Products industries.
* Strong financial business process background, knowledge of EDIs, LSMW, BAPIs, BADIs, and ABAP basics.
* Familiarity with S/4 Hana, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and IS tools.
* Post-graduate degree in IT, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
