We're looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own and scale our B2 B growth engine across key European markets. This is a high-impact, full-funnel role where you'll bridge field marketing, digital demand generation, and AI-powered performance marketing.

What You'll Do
Own Demand Generation Performance
Drive the end-to-end B2 B demand generation strategy, delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality MQLs and SQLs. Leverage AI to enhance forecasting, targeting, and conversion.
Lead Strategic Field Marketing (Europe)
Plan and execute high-impact B2 B events across Italy, France, Spain, DACH, and beyond. From concept to post-event ROI analysis—you'll own it all.
Collaborate on Paid Media Campaigns
Partner with Paid teams to launch and optimize campaigns across channels like Linked In and Google Ads. Use AI-driven testing and automation to maximize performance and ROI.
Drive Inbound & Content Strategy
Work closely with Content teams to develop assets (webinars, whitepapers, case studies) that generate and nurture inbound demand.
Align with Sales & Customer Success
Ensure seamless lead handover, pipeline ownership, and strong collaboration across the revenue funnel.
Own Analytics & Tooling
Track performance across all channels using Hub Spot and other tools. Deliver insights on attribution, ROI, and customer journeys using AI-enhanced analytics.
Manage Budgets & Operations
Oversee event budgets, contracts, and procurement processes with precision and accountability.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in B2 B Demand Generation or Field Marketing (Saa S or Ed Tech preferred)
Strong full-funnel marketing mindset (brand + demand)
Hands-on experience with AI tools for marketing optimization
Data-driven with strong experience in CRM systems (ideally Hub Spot)
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
