About Us
Role Overview: Please note, this is not a permanent position & is a fixed term contract for circa 9 months.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Pro-active communication with partners in your region by market visits, telephone and by internal messaging to assist with the development of the business.
2. Responsible for a portfolio of partners where you are the first point of contact, answering questions and following up when needed, also responsible for evaluating local market characteristics, trends and drivers.
3. Help identifying new potential partner leads and pass these leads on for further follow up.
4. Responsible for taking Customer Service issues which relate to their portfolio and solving these in the most efficient manner for the business, partner and customer.
5. Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, for partners. Also encouraged to attend partner events for their portfolio.
6. Be aware in terms of public affairs and public relations in their scope, becoming familiar with the different regulations and laws approved and affecting our industry.
Role Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Significant experience in a relevant account management/sales/business development function.
2. Strong commercial and communication skills.
3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Spanish.
4. Proven experience within e-commerce and/or travel industry.
5. Proactive with a sense of responsibility and can work independently.
6. Accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
7. A team player, self-motivated, flexible and open to change.
8. Open to learn mindset.
9. Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
10. Driver’s license.
11. Availability to travel up to 50% to a designated area within the country.
