YOUR TASKS:
* Analyse field data to verify the correct behaviour of the yaw system
* Collaborate in cross-functional teams to discuss and define yaw system requirements and summarize them together in functional specifications
* Technical clarification and creation of software specifications
* Implementation of software functions according to the requirements on a programmable logic controller (PLC)
* Specify, perform, evaluate and document tests for the yaw system on component, system and turbine level
* Creation of the related functional and software documentation
YOUR PROFILE:
* M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology or comparable qualification
* Advanced professional experience in PLC software development with e.g. structured text and SCL (Siemens)
* Experience in MATLAB/Simulink to be of advantage
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Spanish and/or German is helpful
* Well-structured and autonomous way of working with a solution-oriented mindset as well as accuracy and efficiency
* Intercultural understanding and thriving on working collaboratively within cross-functional, global and diverse teams
* Readiness for travel to tests at testbenches for up to 10% of the working time in average
