We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to develop and lead our Cardiac Arrhythmia Monitoring sales division in Southern Europe. The role requires a deep understanding of the Cardiac Arrhythmia market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
* Partner with the international leadership teams to develop a vision and strategic plan for expanding Zio within your region.
* Drive and embody iRhythm's values and mission.
* Foster effective teamwork across the organization.
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet business and revenue goals.
* Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams.
* Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams for seamless coordination.
* Provide sales reports and analysis to leadership.
* Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and product launches.
* Identify local partnership opportunities to speed market entry.
* Travel within your region to support and guide sales teams and clients.
About you:

Required:

* Bachelor's degree
* At least 8 years in cardiology/cardiovascular medical device sales
* At least 5 years in senior management
* Deep knowledge of the Cardiac Arrhythmia market
* Experience in digital healthcare
* Proven success in sales growth and market expansion
* Established industry connections
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English
* Based in Spain with ability to travel

Preferred:

* MBA or postgraduate qualification
* P&L experience
* Experience with Value-Based Healthcare procurement
* Additional European languages, e.G., Italian

This is a full-time, remote role based in Spain.
