Your mission :
Reporting to the Corporate Senior Accounting, this role offers an exciting prospect to participate in the process of steering the direction of the corporate finance function, ensuring its continued success, in a fast paced and energetic environment.
Your role will be focused on leading the operative of corporate accounting and administrative flows in corporate function, assisting with the financial consolidation of all the Neuraxpharm’s affiliates, the standardization of processes, and compliance with international (IFRS) and local (Local GAAP) regulations.
Your major accountabilities :
* Review of Intercompany reconciliations; perform and record intercompany eliminations for consolidation purposes and ensure homogenized treatment under IFRS across entities.
* Perform consolidation month-end tasks and oversee various administrative accounting areas of the group’s head office.
* Preparation of the Consolidated Annual Financial Statements.
* Execute the month end closing and reporting of consolidated results under IFRS (BS & PL).
* Participate in relationships with external and internal auditors and assist with overseeing group audits.
* Preparation of documentation and support in the annual audit of consolidated financial statements.
* Coordinate and audit the execution of accounting processes in affiliates to ensure standardization and efficiency.
* Participate, coordinate and test automation reporting solutions for consolidation and statutory purposes.
* Continuous coordination with international entities on reporting improvements, compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls under defined IFRS / local GAAP requirements.
* Foster collaboration with accounting teams in affiliates to ensure accurate and consistent regional reporting to support Group consolidation.
* Participate in continuous overseeing and update of Group accounting manual;
* Assist in ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations at the head office.
We would like you to have :
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Audit or Accounting within mid to large-sized organizations, with solid expertise in financial consolidation and international accounting standards.
* Proven experience in implementing control governance frameworks and automating consolidation / reporting processes.
* Certification or advanced knowledge in IFRS or international accounting standards (e.g., ACCA, DipIFR, CPA).
* Proficiency in SAP (R / 3, S / 4 HANA) and advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience collaborating with international affiliates to support corporate reporting.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset and a focus on process optimization.
* Ability to foster collaboration across geographies and thrive in multicultural environments.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Willingness to travel up to 10%.
