We are currently looking for an IT Business Engineer to join a dynamic team working on innovative solutions for store layout management. Location: Málaga, Spain ( Hybrid: on site twice per month )

What will be your duties and responsibilities?
- Collect and analyze information, engineer requirements, and consult stakeholders.
- Assess current business processes and design optimized workflows.
- Document processes supported by the product.
- Research, develop, and visualize solutions and concepts.
- Communicate continuously with stakeholders to align expectations.
- Perform post-implementation analysis and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate on test management, design test case s, and document results.
- Design and align support processes with the team.
- Analyze incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Work closely with an agile product team on Google Cloud Platform (serverless).
What are the requirements?
- Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering and business analytics.
- Agile mindset and experience in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Full fluency in English.
- Based in Spain with valid work permit (no sponsorship) and ability to visit Málaga office twice per month.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SQL or relational databases.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms.
- German language skills.
