Why Ampirical
Salary Range : $105,000-$189,000 (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
Profit-Sharing Bonus : Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

Division Overview
Ampirical’s Substation Engineering Division has national expertise in the planning and design of new substations, high voltage substations, and switchyards. The team offers comprehensive substation and switchyard design services, combining skilled resources and technical knowledge to fit client needs.
Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, and budgeting of all activities concerned with the lifecycle of high voltage substation and transmission line projects, from inception to planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout. xpzdshu This individual will manage PG&E projects.

Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience
Five (5) years of related experience or equivalent (Substation, T-line, Electric Generation or Distribution projects)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
PMP Certification is highly preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Understanding of project scheduling, forecasting, budget tracking, funding, authorization requests, change orders, etc.
Accruals and invoice review knowledge
Experience managing vendors and contracts
Knowledge of SAP, Primavera P6, Unifier, ProjectWise, POWER BI desired
