For this role, we require native-level proficiency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic), as well as a good understanding of Nordic buyers and their expectations. Experience working with Nordic clients in real estate or the luxury sector is a plus, but not essential. brMain Responsibilities brDevelop a good knowledge of Marbella and its main residential areas to support property listings. brAssist in collecting and checking property documentation and signing mediation agreements, in line with company policies. brBuild and maintain positive client relationships through professional and proactive communication. brSupport clients throughout the sales process, from first contact to completion. brKeep client information and requirements updated in our CRM system. What We're Looking For brBackground or interest in the real estate sector, ideally with knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. brBasic understanding of real estate processes, with willingness to learn the legal and financial aspects. brNative-level proficiency in a Nordic language (essential). brGood level of English and Spanish. brProfessional, motivated, and confident, with strong communication skills. brGoal-oriented mindset and interest in working in an international environment. brOrganized, proactive, and eager to take initiative. brCustomer-focused attitude and enthusiasm for working with national and international clients.
