What You'll Master in This Role
Strategic Revenue Leadership
- Design and implement comprehensive revenue strategies for each property
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly business reviews with hotel ownership and management teams
- Drive revenue optimization across all distribution channels and market segments
Advanced Analytics & Forecasting
- Develop sophisticated 13-month rolling demand calendars
- Create dynamic pricing strategies that maximize both ADR and occupancy
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks that drive market share growth
Business Development & Partnerships
- Optimize distribution mix across OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate channels
- Negotiate and manage key distribution partnerships
- Identify and develop new revenue streams and market opportunities
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Mentor hotel teams on revenue management best practices
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Lead change management initiatives to embed revenue culture
Your Background
- Minimum 1 year, ideally 2 of hands-on hotel revenue management experience
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and market share gains
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with major PMS systems, channel managers, and revenue management tools
