PbJob Description /b /ppbr/ppbBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer – CI Projects /b /ppbr/ppbPosition Overview /b /ppThe bBESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) /b is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of bCommercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects /b after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. /ppThis role takes full ownership of the project from bcontract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service /b, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppb1. Project Handover Planning /b /pulliTake over BESS projects from the bsales and presales teams /b after contract signing. /liliReview technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope. /liliDevelop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination. /liliConfirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers. /li /ulpb2. Project Delivery Implementation /b /pulliManage the bend-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects /b. /liliCoordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation. /liliEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget. /liliMonitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. /liliManage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities. /li /ulpb3. Commissioning System Integration /b /pulliLead or support bBESS commissioning activities /b, including: /liliSystem functional testing /liliEMS / PCS / BMS integration /liliGrid connection and verification /liliWork with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning. /liliEnsure the system operates according to performance specifications. /li /ulpb4. Customer Support After-Sales Service /b /pulliProvide btechnical support and service coordination /b after project commissioning. /liliManage maintenance schedules and service activities. /liliTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed. /liliMaintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. /li /ulpb5. Documentation Reporting /b /pulliPrepare project documentation including: /liliCommissioning reports /liliAs-built documentation /liliOperation and maintenance manuals /liliTrack project progress and provide regular internal updates. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliDegree in bElectrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy /b, or related field. /lilib3–7 years of experience /b in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems. /liliExperience in bCI energy storage or distributed energy projects /b preferred. /liliUnderstanding of BESS components including: /liliBattery systems /liliPCS / inverters /liliEMS / monitoring systems /liliExperience in bproject delivery or field engineering /b. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills /b /pulliStrong project coordination and communication skills /liliProblem-solving and troubleshooting capability /liliFamiliarity with renewable energy systems /liliAbility to work with customers, EPCs, and suppliers /liliWillingness to travel to project sites when required /li /ul
